Below are the list of rejection reasons seen on trading terminal with its explanation.

2 The trading session is not available for trading The trading session is not available for trading. Please place orders according to market timings
3 Auto Square off blocked The trading session is not available for intraday trading. Please place orders according to our intraday timings
4 RMS:Blocked for  WEBCLIENT_A  nse_cm  NRML Remarks: NRML PRODUCT BLOCK FOR WEBCLIENT_A  block type: ALL You had selected an incorrect product code for Cash segment (NSE/BSE). Please select either MIS (Intraday) or CNC (Delivery) product codes for Cash Segment
5 RMS:Rule: Check circuit limit including square off order exceeds  for entity account-YAP1111 across exchange across segment across product The order price is out of current circuit range. Please set order price based on upper and lower circuit range
6 Cannot store amo orders.order type cannot be sl or sl-m The stop loss-limit (SL) and stop loss-market (Sl-M) are not allowed in After Market Orders (AMO). Place AMO either at Limit or Market order type

    When am placing an order it was rejected , Reason is(
    Intraday, CO, OCO & MTF orders can’t be placed for this scrip. Please place a delivery order instead.)

      Hello Sudheesh,
      We guess you must be placing order for trade-to-trade stocks. Such stocks are categorized as T group stocks or BE series stocks. In such stocks only delivery trading is allowed. Kindly share the client code, we shall check your rejection type and confirm you.

    When am placing an order it was rejected… Reason is… Oco is not allowed for this symbol. Can you tell me about this.

      Looking at the rejection, it seems the Cover Order is not allowed for the stock in which you were trading. Kindly use our online chat support available on our website so that our team can look into the rejection reason on same day. This will help us to understand better and resolve faster.

    While trying to purchase shares in BSE , order getting rejected and reason said is “You are not allowed to place new orders in this scrip” where I tried in delivery, Intraday and margin level . But unable to purchase! Help me with a solution..

      We guess scrip could be in ban period. Kindly share your client code. We will check and let you know. If you do not have an account with us, we would suggest you to contact your broker for more clarity.

        Hello Tarun,
        It seems you are selling some stocks (which you dont have in your holding) in delivery product type. If you select delivery (CNC) product type while selling then the system checks whether you have the delivery shares in your demat account. If no delivery available then it gives the mentioned error. You may try placing order in intraday (MIS).

    By default, setting of Product type is NRML and thus sometime by mistake order is placed and rejected atonce ,Why ?

      Hello Muhammad,
      As per your discussion with one of our executives, currently exposure is not available in NRML product type. Hence order gets rejected if you do not have sufficient margin. To get intraday exposure, you may have to change the product type from NRML to MIS, CO or BO as per the requirement. For more information please refer our another article on Intraday exposures.
