    I want to close my Trading and demat account with Tradesmart online. I am facing lot of problems and delays every time I try to transfer funds from my Registered bank account to Trading account. Many times my account is debited but funds not received in trading account. Customer service simply replies that the transaction is FAILED, without assigning any proper reason. Pl let me know the procedure for Closure of my account and transfer of Balance amount in my trading account to my Bank account. I have NIL scrips in my Demat a/c. KM NAIR(YCHK15)
